Stainless Steel Chicken Grill with Rear Firebox

Robust stainless steel outdoor grill with a rotating spit, electric drive, drip tray and grilling grate.

The well-designed construction features a rear firebox, spacious grilling grate, freely adjustable lid and practical pull-out elements that make maintenance easier. 

The rotating spit, powered by an electric motor, is designed for preparing whole chickens, other poultry or gyros. The meat is securely held on the spit by two four-prong forks. The total length of the spit including the handle is 860 mm. Depending on their size, approximately 3–4 chickens, a turkey or other poultry can be placed on the spit.
On the stainless steel grate measuring 680 × 320 mm, you can prepare vegetables, sausages, meat and other dishes. If you are grilling chicken on the rotating spit at the same time, the juices and drippings from the meat run down onto the ingredients underneath and naturally flavor them.

The heat source is located at the rear of the construction, separated from the main grilling area. You can use firewood, charcoal or briquettes. This arrangement allows food to be prepared without direct contact with flames. A pull-out ash pan is located underneath the firebox, collecting the resulting ash. Once cooled, it can be easily pulled out and emptied.

The solid stainless steel lid can be smoothly adjusted to any position. As needed, you can open the lid completely, partially close it or shut it. This keeps the grilling area under control at all times and provides convenient access to the food being prepared.

A pull-out drip tray measuring 700 × 310 mm and 35 mm deep is located across the entire width of the lower section. Before grilling, the tray is filled with approximately 1 cm of water, into which fat and juices from the grilled food drip during preparation. Thanks to its pull-out design, it can be easily removed and cleaned after use.

Side panels with mounts for the motor and rotating spit are attached to the sides. They also partially enclose the area around the fire and help reduce the effect of crosswinds.

Two smaller stainless steel warming trays are located above the rear firebox. They heat up during use and can be used, for example, to keep already prepared food warm. They can also be used as firebox covers, allowing the heat to pass through the front ribs into the grilling area.
