How do I proceed when asserting the right to complain about inadequate performance:
Fill out the form for making a complaint, which you can print out or download here:

Enclose the complaint form, a copy of the purchase receipt and any accessories with the goods. Pack the goods so that they reach us in good condition and that not even the sales packaging is damaged.

When we receive the goods, you will receive an email that we have received the goods.
Complaint about transport:
If the goods were damaged during transport, you have 2 days to file a claim with the transport company. Please check the package immediately when you pick it up and if it is visibly damaged, do not accept it.
If you have accepted it and the goods are damaged, please return it immediately. Contact us on Tel: +420 490 510 275 or by email: info@goodgoods.cz and then hand the damaged package back to the transport company. We will arrange a solution with them ourselves. You will then receive new goods from us immediately. That's why you should also contact us.

How do I proceed if I would like to send the goods to us via the service:
Enclose a detailed description of the error with the goods. As well as your contact details - name, telephone number, email, and delivery address.
You can also enclose a copy of the invoice.
Pack the goods so that they can reach us in good condition.

After receiving the goods from our service you will receive a preliminary offer of the repair costs. If this is confirmed and accepted by you, we will begin the repair.
