The meter´s cable simply needs to be wrapped around the spark plug wire without touching the frame. The device then automatically measures the engine running time. The engine running time is continuously counted, and the total number of engine hours is displayed. The information about the number of engine hours is resettable. The engine hour meter measures and displays also RPM number.
