El Toro Bow Stringer - Nylon Bowstringer

The Bow Stringer is a very handy tool that you´ll appreciate even before your first shot from the bow. It becomes an indispensable aid for gently stringing foldable and reflex bows.

A bowstringer is an essential part of every serious archer´s equipment. It is a simple but very necessary tool for putting on the bowstring. Archers using stringers not only spare their strength and hands but also their bow. By using a bow stringer, the limbs bend more evenly and do not get damaged.

First, one end of the string is loosely placed on the tip of one limb of the bow, followed by placing it in the pouch of the Bow Stringer. On the other limb, you place the other end/loop of the stringer. Hold the centre of the bow with one hand, step on the centre of the string, and pull, causing the bow to bend similarly to when drawing. This shortens the bow to less than its usual length, allowing you to easily place the string on the other limb. Using a stringer requires much less force than manually stringing, where you might twist and strain the bow unnecessarily.
