EKOVENT DRON 8 Flue Ventilator

This powerful ventilator is designed for single-walled stoves and differs from standard ventilators by pushing air towards the hot surface of the stove, which is then dispersed sideways. This principle leads to an increase in temperature, especially at foot level.

The fan blades begin to rotate at a temperature of 75°C, measured on the thermoelectric module of the ventilator, which corresponds to approximately 130°C measured on the surface of the stove.

The surface temperature of the stove MUST NEVER exceed 300°C. Carefully consider the placement of the ventilator directly above the firebox, as high-temperature fluctuations occur in this area.

The ventilator requires no external power source; its operation is automatic. This smart ventilator is not dependent on any user intervention; it spins itself using the heat from the stove and automatically turns off when the stove cools down. The rotation speed of the blades adjusts automatically according to the stove temperature. The higher the stove temperature, the faster the blades spin.

The outline dimensions of the ventilator are 26x26 cm, with a height of 13 cm.

Main Technological Advantages of Our Ventilators:

The duralumin body of the ventilator conducts heat very effectively, which is fundamental for the efficiency and performance of the ventilator. The bottom base is wide to maximize heat transfer. Cooling fins are located in the upper part, and tasked with cooling the top surface of the thermoelectric module. Since the performance of the thermoelectric module depends on the temperature difference between its upper and lower sides, the construction of the ventilator body is crucial.

Two highly efficient thermoelectric modules have been tailored to the design and parameters of the entire ventilator according to our requirements directly with the manufacturer of Peltier elements. As a result, its performance matches the energy requirements of the electric motor and the resistance of the fan, achieving a high efficiency surpassing other thermoelectric modules on the market.

The ventilator features four motors with carbon brushes and four two-blade fans with a diameter of 12 cm.
